As the Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a major Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract. Representing the principal, you will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of a portfolio of renewable generation power plants, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effective communication between all parties. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of EPC contracts and the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of the EPC contract to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

  • Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documents and correspondence.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters between the principal, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

  • Address and resolve any contractual issues or disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Identify and assess potential risks related to the contract and project delivery.

  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure project success.

  • Monitor and report on contract performance, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.

  • Review and approve invoices, claims, and variations related to the EPC contract.

  • Ensure all contractual activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors.

  • Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions, risk management, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
