TGRC has a new role for a Communications Manager to take the lead in shaping and executing a global, multi-media communications strategy.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the development and implementation of our company's global, multi-media communications strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Media Liaison: Act as the primary public relations contact, responding promptly to inquiries, serving as a spokesperson, and facilitating interviews with management staff when required.
Content Creation: Take ownership of compelling press releases, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials on pertinent issues and partnerships.
Design Management: Plan and oversee the design of internal and external marketing materials to enhance our brand presence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement communication strategies for stakeholders, NGOs, local governments worldwide, and policymakers to enhance customer recognition.
Innovation and Collaboration: Collaborate proactively to generate innovative ideas and strategies, ensuring our communications remain current and forward-thinking.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships at all levels with stakeholders to enhance our collaborative efforts.
Market Insight: Keep abreast of market trends and industry news, staying informed to contribute effectively to our communication strategies.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: English
Experience: Three to five years experience in a similar role, demonstrating a detail-oriented and self-organized approach.
Decision-Making: Exhibit sound judgment, prioritization skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in digital communication tools, content management systems, and social media analytics.
Energetic and Proactive: Eager to tackle new projects and ideas, comfortable interacting with high-level executives.
Team Player: Possess a resourceful, can-do attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and foster productive working relationships across the firm.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication disciplines appreciated.
Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with the industry is a must.
