Our client, a leading renewable energy EPC based in China, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Uzbekistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of renewable energy projects, including contract negotiation, risk management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring that contracts are signed on time and on favorable terms.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met and that risks are properly managed.

• Work closely with the technical team to develop project proposals and bids, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and are commercially viable.

• Manage the financial reporting and forecasting for projects, providing regular updates to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to project finance and contracting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on EPC projects.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to manage complex commercial negotiations.

• Excellent financial analysis skills, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets and financial models.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Mandarin and/or Uzbek is a plus.
