Job description
The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have exclusively partnered with a an integrated Green Hydrogen Developer, utilising both new & existing renewable energy resources in the production of emission free green hydrogen & derivative energy products.
This business are a Green Hydrogen early-mover with a 6GW+ deal pipeline across geographically diversified, lowest-cost renewable energy cost countries. This company’s project pipeline includes a JV with both a State-owned Oil Company and a State-Owned Utility and a pipeline of well-developed projects in Iberia.
As part of the companies striving success, TGRC seek to engage a brand-new, versatile Commercial professional to join the business.
Responsibilities;
Producing investment documentation such as decks & commercial proposals to partners and offtakers.
Summarising technical reports for management and partners
Creating executive summaries, reviewing contracts and MOUs (commercial not legal review)
Analysing and summarising new Green Hydrogen & Renewables policy initiatives
Digesting and summarising industry information and developments etc.
Leading the due diligence workstream across M&A activities - scanning, identifying and advising the Investment team on the project risks
Support negotiation and management of key revenue agreements including optimization, route to market, PPAs, behind a meter monetization and power supply agreements.
Proactively identify areas of commercial value creation related to operational assets, and projects in the pipeline stage as well as those under construction.
Prepare commercial input to the projects business plan - Proactively manage stakeholders across the optimization and monetization fleet with focus on external partners: Route to Markets, Advisors, OEMs, Power offtakers etc.
Proactively monitor, analyse and translate the impact of regulatory, policy and market changes to commercial value creation and identify revenue risks to the business project portfolio.
Make the investment case to key stakeholders including regional teams and senior management
The candidate:
Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters in Engineering discipline (preferred).
Demonstrated experience working within the green energy market from an analytical or commercial standpoint.
Experience working with key stakeholders & presenting to investment committees or preparing presentations/documents to be used in such settings.
Versatile & solution driven, with ability to think outside of the box.
