The Green Recruitment Company are pleased to be partnered with a conglomerate of SME’s looking to unify their service offering in the ever-growing Energy Solutions market.
With their independent businesses trading in the decentralised energy & heat recovery space successfully already, the group’s vision is to take this service offering further, onboarding new technologies to bolster out the overall service offering & businesses they can assist.
The role would favour a senior, commercially astute professional with notable exposure & track record within the energy reduction/efficiency field – with tenacity to work within a start-up/entrepreneurial environment.
- Senior Technical Sales experience and strong track record in developing and closing sales opportunities with a revenue value of £500k to £10m
- Experience and knowledge in one or more of the Energy, Energy services, M&E Construction sectors.
- Experience strategically directing sales teams Nationally.
- Full P&L management
- Experience selling to both I&C customers.
- Developing sales budgets for approval
- Lead origination
- Client engagement
- Co-ordination with Applications - Engineering & Finance
- Developing financial models
- Developing and presenting customer proposals
- Negotiating & directing capital sales and ESCo contracts
- Closing sales to financial close
- Customer Relationship Management throughout the process
