The company initiates, develops, and manages these essential assets along the entire value chain and lifetime.

 

As an interface function within their Investment Team, you are the contact person for contractual onshore wind topics across the department.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Advise and support the investment team during acquisition / origination phase for onshore wind projects in the preparation of offers, internal approvals and contract negotiations
  • Drive of the entire contract and negotiation process for onshore wind projects, in particular the Turbine Supply Agreement and other construction/supply agreements and have a genuine understanding of their technical appendices and market standards
  • Drafting decision documents for strategic decisions made by the Supervisory Board
  • Development and revision of the business-wide standards for contract and calculation reviews as well as for risk management in the origination phase
  • Delivering high level executive management support and analyses on wind technology markets pricing, customer intelligence and other strategic topics
  • You remain close to our wind technology suppliers and will be responsible for establishing and developing our supplier relationships
  • Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and across group functions

 

Your qualifications

  • University Degree in relevant technical or commercial field with international experience
  • Extensive experience working as Contract Manager and/or Commercial within renewable energy markets, particularly onshore wind
  • Skilled in negotiation on professional and interpersonal level
  • An eye for detail as well as being able to focus on the bigger picture
  • Fluency in Business English, additional European language is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to achieve results
