​My client stands as a forefront renewable energy enterprise dedicated to reshaping the global energy landscape through sustainable and inventive solutions and concentrating on wind, solar photovoltaic (PV), and battery storage technologies across Europe.

The Role:

1. Holistic supervision and operational management of development and construction projects.

2. Continuous involvement spanning acquisition, development, construction phases, culminating in the handover to the asset management unit.

3. Ensuring synchronization and commercial oversight across all involved departments (Investment, Development, Construction, Controlling, Finance, and Asset Management).

4. Serving as the point of contact for accounting, orchestrating and coordinating financial and operational reporting, liquidity projections, capital calls, and audit processes.

5. Managing commercial contracts, including tracking crucial milestones, pertinent deadlines, and disbursements.

6. Monitoring costs and budgets, scrutinizing deviations from the budget, and devising strategies for mitigation.

7. Tracking project status and advancement, formulating project-related reports for the board and investors.

8. Furnishing recommendations to enhance project progress and procedures.

9. Providing support for project financing, due diligence, and audits

The Individual:

• A degree in Business Administration or Engineering coupled with financial proficiency

• Over 3 years of experience in Finance/Business Development within the Renewable Energy sector

• Proficiency in both English and German languages is mandatory
