Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, etc.)

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments

• Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Maintain production records and documentation

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work area

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams

• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

• Assist in process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Vocational/technical training in CNC machining or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years experience operating CNC machines

• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings

• Knowledge of G-code programming (basic to intermediate level)

• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance

• Good understanding of machining parameters (speeds, feeds etc.)

• Fluency in Thai, proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Ability to work in a team environment
