The Role:
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a critical leadership role in shaping our technological vision and strategy. You will lead our research and development efforts, drive innovation, and ensure that our solar panels remain competitive and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the technological vision and strategy for the company

• Leading the research and development of new solar panel technologies

• Managing the engineering and product development teams

• Collaborating with other departments to align technology development with business goals

• Identifying and implementing new trends and advancements in solar technology

• Ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our solar panels

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry

• Strong knowledge of solar panel technology and manufacturing processes

• Exceptional leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strategic thinker with a strong ability to drive innovation

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
