The Responsibilities of the Role

  • Grasp the industry development trends, technical trends and market changes of perovskite and tandem solar cells and components, understand the relevant key materials, core equipment and supply chain, and build the core competitiveness and technology leading position of laminated solar modules through technological innovation, intellectual property rights and business cooperation.

  • Comprehensively organize and lead the research and development team of tandem solar cells and products, and carry out the research and development of technology, materials, equipment, etc. Establish a solid patent protection moat for tandem solar cells and component products and create a technical breaking point and strategic control point.

  • Strategic thinking: have the ability of forward-looking prediction and layout, have insight into the tandem solar cells market and technology development trend, formulate the tandem solar cells technology development strategy, and support the company's products to have market competitiveness. Have a clear picture of the technology to achieve the company's vision and strategic objectives.

  • Collaborative influence: it has excellent collaborative management ability, can effectively integrate the company's internal innovation resources and external industrial chain cooperation resources, and build the core competence of key materials, equipment, technology and process of tandem solar cells and components. Establish a tandem solar cells innovation ecosystem dominated by Trina solar.

  • Organization building ability: have the organization and management ability of internal and external experts and good ability to lead the team.



  • Experience in implementing strategic culture: fully understand and recognize the company's strategy and be able to undertake and implement it in the technology strategy.

  • Personnel management experience: team management experience in core R&D personnel and front-line R&D teams.

  • Overseas experience preferred.

  • Professional experience: master the leading and core technology experience of perovskite and tandem solar cells, technology R&D and management experience, IP management experience.

  • Open minded, able to cooperate with team.

  • Ready for challenge, continuous learning, strong innovation and value creation concept.

  • Aiming at strategic control points and technical breakpoints, stay in active and taking the lead in the industry.
