​Capacity Planning Director

The Green Recruitment Company is excited to partner with a leading Solar Panel Manufacturer and OEM based in Changzhou in their search for a highly skilled Capacity Planning Director. This role is a critical leadership position, offering a unique opportunity to drive the company’s manufacturing efficiency and capacity to new heights. Key Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning: Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to meet production goals and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

• Forecasting & Scheduling: Analyze demand forecasts and create detailed production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to align capacity plans with business objectives.

• Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses on capacity utilization, efficiency metrics, and production performance for senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record in capacity planning and production management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in capacity planning software, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably within the solar panel or renewable energy sector.
