The Organisation:

We are currently working with a business intelligence, data solutions and targeted engagement client who converge into a single platform to help customers manage, influence and win business. This end-to-end solution provides critical decision-support to our customers.

They serve customers in more than 50 countries across 6 continents, helping them navigate the complex and ever-changing UK and EU political and public management environments. 

 

The Role:

The Campaign Executive will be involved at the outset of any campaign development (be that web, email, social etc.) to ensure that campaign metrics are understood (or determined) and that the correct steps are put in place to ensure their monitoring. These will be a mix of client specific requirements and generated benchmarks.

 

The responsibilities of the role:

Email

It is expected to help in the set-up of email campaigns including all aspects listed above as well as the organisation of the data, testing and publishing, monitoring and reporting. 

Web

Regarding web and digital advertising campaigns, weekly and monthly reporting of traffic and online behaviour using Google Analytics. Weekly and monthly reporting of usage statistics and monthly reporting of subscriber trends. Review tagging and ensure all key conversion points are tagged and measured. Help drive improvement in the online experience and assist with implementation.

Social

Ideally, experience in social listening platforms (we use Eloqua) and practical experience in running campaigns through Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter as a minimum. Experience with data visualisation software, particularly Tableau ideal.

 

The candidate

1-3 years experience in Campaign Management/Analytics. - Google Analytics Qualification and Google Tag Manager experience. Advanced Excel. Some knowledge of web development advantageous. Email Service Provider experience essential (e.g. CheetahMail, Vertical Response, DotMailer etc.). Experience in social listening platforms, ideally those closer to the Twitter fire-hose such as Eloqua. Experience with data visualisation software, particularly Tableau very useful.
