The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be partnered with one of the leading, EV Charging infrastructure businesses in the UK – Boasting an already, impressive portfolio of Commercial EV Charge points stationed in some of the most premium locations across the UK.

As part of their success to date, the business seeks a CAD Designer, who will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D technical drawing as well as 3D designs for sites where innovative, EV charging infrastructure will be installed.

This individual will be joining the existing Operations team, who work in a dynamic and flexible environment.  

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating detailed 2D technical drawings & plans
• Creating exceptional 3D designs & renders
• Producing installation and construction documents for contractors
• Assisting the operations team develop site designs
• Coordinating with suppliers & contractors where required

Job Requirements:

• AutoCAD (or similar 2D CAD drafting software)
• Rhino & Vray (or similar 3D CAD rendering software)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator)
• Ability to understand engineering and architectural drawings
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and work individually as well as part of a team
• Degree in a design discipline or relevant experience
