Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager for their Renewables division. This person will be tasked with finding new connections and opportunities, and for making plans to expand their renewable efforts. Including Utility scale solar & wind, BESS, EV and Hydrogen.
Job Duties:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans.
Utilize your expertise in serving major clients within the renewable energy sector.
Stay informed about industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Assist in crafting compelling proposals and documentation to secure new projects.
Facilitate weekly meetings focused on business development initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of our renewable energy business development endeavors.
Attend industry events to network and promote our company.
Technical
+5 Years Business Development , with a minimum of 2 in Renewables
Solid understanding of the renewable energy sector
Track record of developing proposals across various domains
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat/Reader Active participation in energy-related professional associations
Exceptional communication skills, adept at writing, speaking, and editing Keen eye for detail, adept at multitasking, and capable of sound decision-making
Effective team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel to events and other company locations
