​The Opportunity:

A world leading diverse certification and advisory business is hiring for a Business Development Manager in Saudi Arabia to facilitate the growth and success of the business, including strategic planning for future development.

The Role:

Support the CEO- Legal entity (LE) in defining the future addressable markets and business pipeline.

Act as an internal consultant to the CEO-LE and MDs-LE on specific projects; these may cover strategy or implementation, core or support function excellence, and the end-to-end sales-to-operation chain in the LE and divisions / controlled entities.

  • Analyze markets and provide strategic directions on how to develop new business

  • Analyze market sectors and prospect clients to identify best business opportunities

  • Define and implement plan to approach & capture client

  • Propose consulting projects inside

  • Lead consulting projects, by managing internal/external project team

  • Transfer consulting knowledge and skills to internal staff

  • Support CEO and MDs in defining strategic market positioning for division

  • Work with management team to strategically identify & evaluate new markets and new clients

  • Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities

  • Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities

  • Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity

  • Grow a team of BD/ internal consultants

The Individual:

  • University degree and possibly an MBA from a top-tier Business School

  • 2 years (or plus) of experience in strategy consulting

  • Proven track record of developing new businesses

  • Proven experience in project managing change projects

  • Proven expertise in the planning, execution, and leadership of new business strategies

  • Proven strategy consulting skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong in client connection and client services
