​My client are a leading engineering and design business who are global leaders in thermal solar technology. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the company's sales strategy to increase revenue and grow the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to work with a leading company in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to increase revenue and grow the business

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Building and managing a sales team to achieve sales targets

  • Conducting market research to identify new trends and opportunities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners

  • Providing regular reports on sales performance to senior management
