We're partnering with a leading Global Energy business and they continue their transition to Renewable Energy and are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to play a key role in leading this growth, across the APAC region.

Your role:

• Leading and identifying suitable renewable energy project opportunities for development and/or acquisitions in Malaysia by liaising with local authorities and networks, consultants, service providers and key industry stakeholders.
• Provide a structured and analytical assessment of relevant opportunities to support investment decisions to grow the solar Commercial and Industrial (C&I) business, Large Scale Solar business as well as new technology such as Energy Storage.

Your profile:

• Degree qualified in business or engineering, or equivalent experience
• Commercial appreciation of renewable energy projects (particularly solar) and existing experience and network in Malaysia
• Technical appreciate of Solar PV and originating new projects
• Strong communication skills and project management experience
