Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Increase the commercial adoption by growing and retaining a pool of Flexibility Service Providers in the UK market.

  • Assessing the pipeline of FSP’s.

  • Supporting the Customer Success team in satisfying customers by meeting their needs.

  • Working closely with the commercial manager to manage relationships with the existing clients.

  • Analyse the market to expand knowledge and engage more to grow in the community.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in B2B account management and client acquisition, client relationship or similar roles in the energy sector.

  • You understand the UK flexibility market and understand the needs of key stakeholders in the market, such as aggregators, EV providers, DNOs etc.

  • You are a strong communicator who can build solid relationships with FSPs and industry stakeholders.

  • You are a natural networker and confident presenter who thrives at industry events.

  • You have great time management skills and are comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel.

  • You are an excellent communicator who can build relationships with teammates from different.

  • disciplines, making sure that everyone is clear about what’s required of them.

  • You know your way around CRM system, preferably HubSpot.

  • You are fluent in English, even if it’s not your first language.
