Business Analyst I
Location:Orlando, Florida (Hybrid Schedule) - Oak Ridge Area
MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE ORLANDO, FL AREA (no relocation offered)
Open to recent graduates or those with 6-12 months of experience.
This role is a team support position that requires data review, knowledge of fundamental project management principles, work with CRM & SAP (no previous experience needed), organization, and developing the application of these principles.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION
Education and/or Experience: Accredited degree from college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience equal to four (4) years.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business financial statements. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and basic database.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support PMs on parts quoting (CRM)
Bookings and SN creation and tracking.
CRM parts opportunity creation and maintenance
Manage all facets of parts shipments and returns.
Point of contact for Warehouse and Transportation requests.
Preparation of Hot parts repair turnover data.
Work/coordinate with LTSA Repair PM as needed.
Manage LTSA Brown/ Ref contract spares (Parts trac)
Project pre-outage planning support:
Manage/update pre outage prep sheet and ensure quality of the process.
Support parts availability requirements and establish communication with PMs as well as order fulfillment, transportation and other teams as needed to ensure proper planning.
Collect and review post outage configuration records, closely work with Field Service Project Management, and LTSA PM for configuration records receivable and processing;
Perform sanity checks before parts shipment (Blades and Nozzles).
Support the review of LTSA Parts rotations quarterly and/or post outage.
Align SAP demand with parts rotations.
Work with LTSA PMs to log new items in the Warranty tracker. Generate invoices and credit memos to customer.
Participate in training courses and programs as they relate to overall business and personal development, as well as product related developments.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human Resources
Support ISO 9001 compliance and initiatives
Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties
