The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Battery Energy Storage System R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a BESS R&D Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of our energy storage products. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and performance of our systems, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing innovative energy storage solutions

• Conducting research to improve the performance and efficiency of battery systems

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production

• Performing simulations and analyses to validate design concepts

• Ensuring all products comply with industry standards and regulations

• Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field

• Proven experience in battery energy storage systems development

• Strong knowledge of battery chemistry and energy storage technologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
