​Job Title: Internal Control Associate Director

Location: Shanghai, China

Our client, a leading solar panel manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Internal Control Associate Director to join their team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal control, excellent leadership skills, and experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures

• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk

• Manage and supervise the internal control team

• Monitor compliance with internal control policies and procedures

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory agencies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of internal control efforts with overall business strategy

• Provide training and support to staff on internal control policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal control or auditing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of relevant accounting and regulatory standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
