Looking for people who are available for the "Road Warrior Mindset" traveling up to 100%.

• Must be road warriors (Excluding Pre-Con who sits in office or remote)
• 6-12 months on each project (with rotations) - NEED to be comfortable with this
• Projects in Hawaii, FL, GA, VA, TX, AK, CO, AZ. NEED to be able to travel to ALL of these
• Must have EPC experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline desired not required
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a project engineer or assistant project manager in the Solar construction industry with a general contractor 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manages preconstruction, reviews design documents, identifies key Subcontractors, investigates site, and identifies long-lead items 
• Aids in creating bid packages, schedules, and site utilization plan. Coordinates and obtains permitting 
• Develops and maintains PFR and LCR, sets up project schedule of values and approves miscellaneous job expenditures 
• Prepares monthly owner requisitions, manages change order process, assists in Loss-Control Management, manages project assets, and enforces Company bonding and insurance policies
