​Title: Asset Performance Analyst

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

I am looking for a Performance Analyst to join a leading asset management specialist who provide comprehensive asset management services to owners of utility-scale, industrial, and commercial renewable energy generation assets.

They provide tailored solutions that deliver value across the entire lifecycle of developing, constructing, financing, owning, and operating solar, wind, and battery storage projects.

Given the ongoing expansion of the renewables sector and our clients projects, they are looking to recruit an Asset Performance Analyst to expand their in-house Operations & Assets Team.

This position holds primary responsibility for managing the technical data, optimisation and innovation aspects of wind and solar farms.

Job Overview:

• Managing all sites within the portfolio ensuring that they are being effectively operated.

• Monitor, analyse and report on turbine and fleet performance using SCADA information primarily using second level SCADA systems, to measure solar/wind availability and deliver performance data.

• Responsible for developing and collating weekly performance reports

• Responsible for the management and development of Power BI for the business

• Identify fleet underperformance and liaise with the wider team to implement an action plan to resolve.

• Solar and wind asset management

• Develop, manage and maintain an Asset Management Database for the operational fleet.

Desired knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL Power BI etc),

Ideally, the candidate will be competent in programming, writing and maintaining scripts in Python but not essential.
