The Opportunity 

The Role

• Developing, implementing and then managing schedules of work programmes to improve the quality, safety and performance of solar assets
• Liaising with clients, interfacing with operations & maintenance providers to meet client expectations
• Work closely with engineering & electrical partners ensuring their work is completed on time, to standard and in budget
• Review budgets, periodic variance analysis and cash management
• Monitoring and analysis of portfolio and asset level performance
• Identify improvements to maximise asset performance
• Prepare periodic reports to our Investors

• Commercially astute and financially literate
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Results orientated and has problem-solving skills
• Passion to drive excellent client service
• Ability to think strategically and prioritise in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment
• Degree achieved in any discipline but finance or business management would be ideal
• Diplomatic and engaging personality – the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Clients and Contractors, but also the ability to push back where needed
• Outstanding MS Office skills, in particular Excel
