​The Green Recruitment Company have been partnered with a European IPP of Solar, Wind and BESS operators in Spain.

In addition to the existing portfolio, the business has an affluent project pipeline to develop & construct more than 200 plants.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the technical and commercial KPIs are reached.

• Management of the risks and expenditures to accomplish the organizational strategic plan and goals.

• ROI maximisation through analysis of efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Be accountable for the Business Cases and for investment decisions related to the assets including decisions to enhance the Net Asset Value drivers through technical, Profit & Loss, financing and other initiatives.

• Manage the Revenue\EBITDA\EBIT\Total Shareholder results of the assigned portfolio

Requirements:

• Plus 5 years of Commercial Asset Management experience.

• Experience in the Iberian market and exposure to projects in different stages of the lifecycle.

• Fluent English and Spanish is a must.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work at the office 2 or 3 days per week.
