Job description
Our client is a leading European adviser to high-growth companies in the sustainability and cleantech space and is currently working on live mandates with public and private companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transaction processes and internal analytical models and tools
- Effective communication with the clients, advisors and service providers
- Preparing executive summaries, investment memoranda, investor presentations and financial models
- Transactions and deal negotiation, including legal and other documentation
- Building research reports and pitching mandates
Skills and Qualifications
- 6/12 months internship experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking, Consulting, Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
- MSc in Finance or a related field (desirable)
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CISI, or ACA (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Analytical, decision-making, and investigative skills
- Fluency (written, spoken) in English, secondary European language (desirable)
- Candidate must have right to work in the UK
