​The Green Recruitment Company are working with a market leader in advisory and execution services across M&A, debt and equity.

With recent success across Renewable Energy, Technology and Digital Infrastructure Markets, they're looking to continue their growth and build on their successful track record and reputation, with a keen interest in supporting the energy transition.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial restructuring.

Your role:

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and presentations for clients

• Conduct industry and company research to support client transactions

• Assist in the preparation of materials for debt and equity transactions

• Work closely with senior leadership to help execute transactions

• Participate in the due diligence process for potential transactions

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Around 2 years of experience with exposure to investment banking, management consulting, advisory or a related field being preferred

• Valuations experience is highly desired too
