Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on solar PV and BESS installations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring all their service needs are met.

• Manage service schedules and documentation, maintaining accurate records of all service work.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve service protocols and product performance.

• Train and support junior engineers and technicians in best practices for system maintenance.
