Taylor is our HR Generalist, providing dedicated support to consultants across our U.S. offices and international teams. In this role, Taylor oversees a broad range of responsibilities, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compliance with employment laws across multiple regions, and the facilitation of professional development initiatives. Taylor also collaborates closely with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and ensure the consistent application of HR practices worldwide.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
