The Role:

Expert Technician

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Maintenance, in Technical Customer Service, you will be responsible for the following:

Centralize, adapt, disseminate and shape the exclusive technical knowledge of the company

Intervene in identifying, monitoring and solving technical problems,
Provide the hotline and operational support to customers and subsidiaries,
Provide an interface with all services.

 

The Individual:

Training Bac + 2 / Bac + 3, you have ideally a solid technical experience of 3 years minimum in the field of mechanics, electrical engineering, electricity and automation.

Your career has been in the field of wind and ideally in an international context. Passionate about the technique, you want to acquire new technical knowledge in the field. Depending on your skills and your management appetite, this position will have to evolve towards the position of Technical Customer Service Manager.

Curious and rigorous, you also demonstrate autonomy and perseverance. With great interpersonal skills, you will adapt to a rich and varied intercultural environment. Your spirit of analysis and pragmatic synthesis, will be the assets that will allow you to carry out your missions.

Language: English required, a second language would be an asset
