Job description
Primary Duties
Maintain and regularly update the most current version of the Field Service Timekeeping Template.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
Manage access permissions and maintain the library database in Hard Dollar.
Promote document standardization and process improvements related to timekeeping.
Provide training sessions for Site Timekeepers, Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Project Control Engineers (PCEs).
Keep track of uploaded or revised timekeeping files and compile weekly summaries on the network.
Compile all submitted labor time into a weekly summary of labor hours every Monday.
Prepare and distribute both preliminary and final weekly timesheet summaries.
Troubleshoot and correct submitted timesheets, updating the weekly timesheet summary as necessary.
Upload the weekly timesheet summary to SharePoint.
Create a weekly report of Consecutive Days Worked by Field Personnel.
Format and load weekly labor hours to service orders in SAP by the Friday deadline.
Coordinate with Site Project Managers, Site Timekeepers, PCEs, Operations Managers, and the Payroll Department to identify and correct any timekeeping discrepancies.
Produce a monthly report of total man-hours worked for OSHA metrics.
Engage in training courses and programs related to overall business and personal development, as well as product-specific training.
Perform additional duties as required.
