The Opportunity

A rare opportunity to join an international renewable energy company (IPP) who develop and build and develop both wind and solar projects. The client are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager to join their team in Bristol.

The Role

Leading the resolution of specific technical and contractual issues on sites as they arise, gaining agreement for solutions from investors as required and driving the solutions to a conclusion
Proactively identifying and pursuing technical and contractual optimisation opportunities across the Belltown portfolio
Working closely with the specific Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers responsible for the day-to-day management of these sites
Providing technical and contractual expertise and support to the Head of Asset Management and the rest of the Asset Management team
Supporting the Head of Asset Management and the rest of the Asset Management team in communicating technical and contractual matters to investors
Attend and contribute to industry workgroups and forums in order to develop knowledge of best practice to incorporate into portfolio improvements
Contributing to investor reporting as required
Conducting site visits and inspections as required

Shares knowledge, skills and experience with colleagues with the aim of developing the technical knowledge of the asset management team
