We are seeking a talented and motivated Solar PV Project Developer to join their team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of solar PV projects, contributing to our mission of expanding renewable energy infrastructure.
Conduct market analysis and identify potential solar PV project opportunities in the Milan region.
Evaluate the feasibility of projects based on technical, economic, and regulatory factors.
Collaborate with stakeholders to secure suitable land for solar PV installations.
Manage the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and obtaining necessary approvals
Develop comprehensive financial models for solar PV projects, including cost estimation, revenue projections, and return on investment analysis.
Work closely with finance and investment teams to secure project financing.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with landowners, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts are aligned with company objectives.
Coordinate with engineering teams to design efficient and cost-effective solar PV systems.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Oversee the execution of solar PV projects from development through construction to commissioning.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in solar PV project development, including successful project implementations.
Furthermore, strong knowledge of the Italian renewable energy market and regulatory environment.
In addition, familiar with financial modeling and project finance.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
