Job description
As a site manager, you will play a key role in the realisation of our photovoltaic and battery storage projects in Germany and partly in Austria. You will coordinate the entire construction process - from planning to acceptance - and ensure that all work is carried out precisely and in accordance with the specifications. Your task is to smoothly orchestrate the technical and construction processes, monitor construction progress and ensure the highest safety standards on the construction site.
Your tasks:
Coordinating and harmonising all trades involved in close cooperation with customers, authorities, external service providers and internal specialist departments
Monitoring the construction site and ensuring that the project is completed on time and on budget
Compliance with all construction requirements and service specifications
Quality management on the construction site to ensure our high standards
Carrying out acceptance tests with subcontractors and customers to ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved
Who we are looking for:
Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or electrical engineering, alternatively training with further training in electrical engineering or civil engineering
At least two years of professional experience as a site manager, ideally for photovoltaic systems
Advanced knowledge of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction work
Knowledge of electrical engineering is a plus
Basic training in the field of occupational safety
Very good knowledge of German and English
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Independent and structured way of working
Good organisational skills
High willingness to travel within Germany and partly Austria
