Job title: Senior Sales Engineer

Location:Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden (On-site)

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you play a pivotal role in steering the most substantial revenue projects, significantly impacting the company's overall growth objectives. The Utility team boasts a robust market share of over 60%, providing a solid foundation for expansion in this role.

The Utility team takes charge of utility-scale projects and currently holds a leading position in Sweden, embarking on a robust growth trajectory throughout Europe.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing connections with potential customers, including developers, industries, and land & property owners interested in solar park development.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating closely with the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) team, suppliers, and partners to tailor optimal solutions for each project.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, consistently refining and prioritizing your pipeline.

  • Taking ownership from the initial customer contact to the finalized and signed agreement, transitioning it to the operations team.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of prior experience with a proven track record in sales or business development within large-scale utility, industrial-scale projects, or similar technical environments.

  • Proficient in driving and negotiating deals close to three-digit million SEK project values.

  • University education in engineering or a related field.

  • A curious mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and grow with us and the industry.
