Responsibilities：

• Reviewing，organizing，improving JV reporting to BU China
• Prepare budget , explaining budget / actual deviations
• Providing accurate and on time data to local government (Chinese GAAP), local management and group management(IFRS)
• Coordinating Best Estimate, Budget and Medium Term Plan reporting between operation department / JV management and Group finance department
• Procedure improvement and implementation
• IFRS rules implementation in JV: follow and implement new procedures and definitions for IFRS rules in JV
• Manage external audit and internal audit, follow up action implementation on audit findings
• Manage daily tax work, ensure compliance with tax regulations and group requirements

Requirements：

• Degree in finance discipline or relevant degree (accounting, economics, business)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Accounting & financial controlling and/or audit
• CPA qualification is preferred
• Hands on proactive person able to work independently, mastering excel and power

point tools ,able to work in a fast growing start up setting within a big international

• Language: fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
• Working experience in Multinational Companies is a plus
• Very good analytical and synthesis skills
• Knowledge of Chinese GAAP as well as IAS/IFRS and consolidation rules
• Knowledge of Chinese legislation linked to financial transactions
• Able to manage transversal reporting lines and open to transfer and share knowledge
