Responsibilities

This position is responsible for site analysis and recommendations for new electric vehicle charging locations. The individual must be able to create new processes while working in a fast-paced environment.

The position can be remote.

• Use strategy, data, and tools to develop the Electric Vehicle plan for each metro
• Understanding the dynamics of electric vehicle site location strategies
• Provide regular reports, insight, and communication relative to progress
• Continuously refine electric vehicle site strategy and tactics to enhance our ability to improve initial charger utilization
• Interact cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Asset Optimization, Planning, etc
• Constantly develop and implement new tools and approach to analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
• 5+ years relevant work experience
• 3+ years management experience
• Trade Area Analysis experience
• Electric Vehicle experience
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications and thorough working knowledge of database concepts and common applications
• GIS systems experience and/or concepts
• Real estate site acquisition or leasing experience
• Strong project management, facilitation and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to converse with and persuade stakeholders at all levels of management
• Individual who is self-starter, works well developing processes and is self-starter requiring minimal supervision
