Job description

Join a dedicated organisation which is driving change in the built environment in this Homebased (South East England) role. You will be accountable for overseeing all new business activities of the company to expand the scope, growth, and clientele of the business. The Role:

  • Accountability for the achievement of the annual new business sales targets
  • Proactively lead the business’s new business planning processes
  • Building strong and long-lasting relationships with clients to reduce sales lead times
  • Supporting the Director of Managed Services to Identify key areas for improvement in the sales processes
  • Identifying market opportunities for new clients
  • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the business at sales events and conferences
 

The Individual:

  • Have strong leadership skills that allows them to work with teams from different departments to achieve organisational goals
  • Able to ensure that communication is ongoing and effective between different departments and clients
  • Able to foster an environment of teamwork to ensure that all products are delivered on time and company goals are met
  • Up to date with IT systems in the workplace and have an understanding of emerging technologies
  • Able adapt and plan in innovative ways for challenging and changing times
