Job description

​Our client, an Established and innovative player in the Energy Market Analytics space is looking to expand its APAC operations. As such, they are looking to bring in a Project Lead to oversee of Analysts and Energy Modellers to Finalise Projects.

This is a business-critical role.

Primary duties:

Project completion.

  • Supervise teams of analysts and energy modelers to finalize projects.

  • Make sure that client requirements are met by choosing the appropriate analytical approach, leading issue resolution, guaranteeing outstanding completion, and conveying insights distinctly.

  • Provide superior oversight of 2-3 concurrent projects, all satisfying the high standards for the quality of our quantitative analysis.

Management.

  • Illustrate your past performance in building teams, enhancing productivity, and motivating individuals to reach their maximum potential.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and work efficiently with others on the team and throughout the firm to lead business transformation initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, for instance, in leading management consulting firms or industries. You must possess an equal level of enthusiasm for delivering high-quality analytical projects and developing our workforce.

  • Intellectual and analytical brilliance. You must have prior experience leading projects employing sophisticated quantitative analysis. You must be able to demonstrate how your personal contribution delivers the best possible outcomes for clients, combining exceptional analytical and modeling abilities with a lucid presentation of insights.

  • Robust project management abilities, including scoping deliverable projects, ensuring their execution, and managing client expectations.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and empathetic leadership style. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a record of inspiring their teams, enhancing performance, and developing their people.

  • Innate propensity for collaboration – continually seeking new innovations to assist our clients and actively seeking opportunities to collaborate effectively across our subscription research and software teams to enhance our offerings.

  • Native or professional-level mastery of the English language.
