The Role:

1. Taking charge of advisory assignments, such as financial structuring, securing necessary debt, or providing support for M&A equity finance endeavours.

2. Leading interactions with clients, financial institutions, and other key project stakeholders.

3. Supervising financial analysts in developing and managing financial models and cash flow valuations for renewable energy projects.

4. Overseeing due diligence procedures, including reviewing work conducted by other advisors.

5. Collecting market intelligence in sectors of interest to the company, such as electricity markets, debt markets, or venture capital markets.

6. Actively participating in knowledge sharing, building networks, and supporting business development initiatives.

The Individual:

1. + 5 years of professional experience in the project finance / M&A field of renewable projects (e.g. Solar PV, Onshore & Offshore Wind) across Germany & International markets for an IPP, Advisory or Bank

2. Business proficiency in both English and German
