The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to partner with a prominent leader in the semiconductor industry, seeking a dynamic Production Manager (Night Shift Manager) to helm their night-shift operations in Greenwood, SC. Our client is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to quality, operating 24/7 in a high-tech environment.

Role Overview:
As the Production Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing a substantial team, directly managing four supervisors and 100-200 production professionals. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift, maintaining high-quality standards and spearheading continuous improvement within the production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence:

  Foster a proactive work environment, leading by example to motivate and guide supervisors and their teams.

• Operational Management:

  Ensure seamless production operations, addressing any challenges that arise during the night shift and implementing strategic solutions.

• Quality Assurance:

  Uphold stringent quality controls and continuously seek methods to enhance production efficiency and output.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Drive initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and the optimization of resources.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Leader:

  Proven experience in a high-level production environment, preferably within electronics or a related advanced manufacturing sector. Experience in less complex industries such as food/beverage processing, packaging, or metal manufacturing may not meet the technical demands of this role.

  Ability to manage large teams and complex operations with a strategic approach to problem-solving and innovation.

What We Offer:

  Salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus and Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
