Position: Process Manager

Location: Multiple locations in the United States

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Hourly Rate: $40 per hour

Role Overview: As the Process Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production operations of our client's hydrogen plants. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable operations, optimizing process performance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize hydrogen production processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance plant performance.

• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for process control and troubleshooting.

• Provide technical expertise and support to operational teams, assisting with complex operational issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

• Support the commissioning and start-up of new hydrogen production facilities.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of process parameters, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in process management within the energy or chemical industry, with specific exposure to hydrogen production processes being highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, process control systems, and safety standards.

• Ability to analyze complex operational data and identify improvement opportunities.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Flexibility to travel to multiple locations within the United States, as required.
