Job description
As the Power Trading Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships with large electricity consumers, such as financial institutions, major internet companies, and global tech giants (including Apple, Amazon, Baidu, etc.). You will drive and guide the electricity sales strategy to ensure continuous growth and market share expansion in the green energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish long-term and stable business relationships with large corporate clients, deeply understand their needs, and provide customized green power solutions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, expand the target customer base, particularly in the finance and internet industries.
Lead commercial contract negotiations with major clients to maximize benefits and drive the achievement of sales targets.
Work closely with project management, legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth contract execution and project implementation.
Develop and implement sales strategies, assess market trends, optimize the sales process, and enhance customer satisfaction and company profitability.
Lead and develop the sales team, cultivate potential sales personnel, and establish an efficient sales management system.
Track the latest trends in the green energy and electricity sales markets to ensure the company's competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, energy, economics, business administration, or related fields.
Over 8 years of experience in green energy or electricity sales, with experience in dealing with major clients (such as financial institutions, internet companies, etc.).
At least 3 years of team management experience, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with clients and internal teams at all levels.
Familiarity with the green energy market, electricity sales models, and relevant policies and regulations, with professional knowledge in the power and new energy industries.
Fluent English communication skills to handle business needs of international clients.
