We are working for one of the UK’s leading developers and service providers in the Electric Vehicle rapid charging space, is looking to bolster its dynamic team with the appointment of an Office Manager. The company is growing fast and just upscaled to a sleek new large office in central London. This is an opportunity to join a fast growing and innovative business and be at the forefront of the rapidly growing EV market in the UK.

THE ROLE:

This role is central to a growing company. Due to the size of the company they are looking for someone who is interested in learning and engaging with different department. It is a great opportunity to grow in an industry with huge growth potential.

  • Reception duties, including answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Books meeting rooms
  • Creates budgets and orders office supplies
  • Book keeping and helping process expenses and invoices
  • Assist business development and marketing teams with tasks
  • Follows up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
  • Answers general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Files and archives accurate records
  • Contacts suppliers
  • Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
  • Manages office subscriptions to magazines and online resources
  • Arranges travel and accommodation plans for executives when required
  • Provides administrative support for the directors as needed

 

THE INDIVIDUAL:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Great time management skills
  • IT literate – Microsoft office, Excel, etc
  • Degree educated
  • Eager to learn about the company, industry and different departments
  • Presentable and personable
