​​TGRC are working with a European Solar Developer with an impressive pipeline of projects across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. As a result of this expansion, they are now seeking an Investment Associate to closely monitor the portfolio, prepare financial models from scratch, and inform key investment decisions. This candidate will act as a bridge between the finance, development, and investment teams and offers a unique opportunity to play an influential role in some exciting projects.

LOCATION: Berlin/Hamburg with remote working

SALARY: Up to 85K EUR + bonus

Must be fluent in German and English

Duties:

• Develop financial models from scratch

• Perform relevant financial analysis and assists in the presentation of these findings

• Perform sensitivity analysis and review the results of financial models

• Develop and implement financial models at development, construction, and operational stages of the project's life cycle

• Prepare, maintain and update financial forecasts

• Prepare management presentations and investment papers using financial models to support key investment decisions

• Design annual budget templates and long-term planning process, including periodic re-forecasting

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German

• Experience preparing financial models from scratch

• Ability to use information from models to inform decisions and presentations

• 2 years minimum in valuations modelling within an energy/infrastructure portfolio

• Solar or Onshore wind experience is desirable
