​IFM Manager - Solar PV Manufacturing Sector

Based in Changzhou, this role offers the chance to be at the forefront of the Solar Photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing industry, contributing to sustainable practices and innovative solutions.

Role Overview:

As an IFM Manager, you will oversee integrated facility management within a state-of-the-art Solar PV manufacturing environment. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, sustainability, and efficiency, supporting the company's commitment to renewable energy advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated facility management strategies tailored to Solar PV manufacturing.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals, enhance productivity, and ensure the highest levels of facility performance.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of IFM strategies with business objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in Integrated Facility Management, preferably within the Solar PV or related manufacturing sectors.

• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address challenges proactively and innovatively.

• Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations pertinent to the manufacturing industry.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and building strong professional relationships.

Location:

This position is based in Changzhou, an influential center for the renewable energy industry, providing a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Remuneration:

A competitive salary range of 40,000-50,000 CNY per month, reflecting the expertise and value you will bring to the team.
