Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to oversee all HSE operations within our dynamic organization. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring safe work practices and maintaining the highest environmental standards across all company projects and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and devise strategic measures to mitigate identified risks.

• Oversee regular HSE audits, inspections, and training sessions to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

• Lead incident investigations and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with management and engineering teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

• Stay updated on emerging industry trends and legal requirements to continuously improve HSE practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.

• Certified in relevant HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE leadership role, preferably within the renewable energy or manufacturing sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin.
