The Opportunity 

A rare opportunity to join a solar developer based in Dublin

The Role

  • Lead the People, Culture & HR departments of the business and manage the full suite of HR functions. The role will be focused on supporting the business ethos to develop a best-in-class people function to maintain and grow culture and business performance.
  • Manage and improve the onboarding programme for new hires and establish ongoing follow up and career development plans for employees.
  • Manage all people operations processes including performance review programme, compensation reviews and employee feedback function.
  • Develop a learning and development initiative for staff to help drive a high-performance that focuses on career development and growth across the team.
  • Leading the recruitment process and talent acquisition activities including establishment of strategies to attract and retain high performing employees across the company with a focus on building a balanced and well-rounded team.
  • Succession planning to establish and maintain resiliency across each department of the company.
  • Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to the C-Suite, holding all managers to a high-quality standard.
  • Working with heads of departments in all HR related matters to ensure fair, consistent and appropriate measures and action.
  • Be a champion and promoter of company culture, helping the team understand the core values, mission, vision and purpose through effective programs that promote a positive working attitude while achieving the company goals.
  • Arranging events and workshops for the wider company and individual departments on a regular as well as ad-hoc basis to promote strengthen internal relationships.
  • Manage, guide and develop the team’s HR & culture to create a fast-paced environment with clear career and learning plans.
  • Actively foster and lead an ethos and culture of inclusiveness and openness.
  • Excellent project and people management skills with the ability to implement people operation strategies to enhance and drive results.
  • Mentor with the ability to establish strong relationships with all team members.
  • The drive to work in a fast-paced organisation where there is an environment of change, complexity, and multi-functional stakeholders.

The Person

  • 5+ years experience as HR Manager in a growing, progressive SME company.
  • Skilled in partnering with c-suite and leadership teams.
  • Experienced in leading a HR team in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Agile in approach and keep up to date with new HR philosophies.
