​Job Title: HR Manager (Georgia or Alabama)

Location: Georgia or Alabama, USA

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 per year

Our client, a leading Chinese solar panel manufacturer, is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in Georgia or Alabama, USA. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function for the US subsidiary, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's business strategy and culture.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent in the industry.

  • Develop and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring employees are evaluated fairly and provided with feedback to improve their performance.

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.

  • Ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws and regulations.

  • Manage relationships with external HR vendors, such as benefits providers and recruitment agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.

  • Excellent understanding of HR laws and regulations, including employment laws, EEOC regulations, and immigration laws.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze HR data and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the HR team.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
