About the Role:

The HR Director will be responsible for leading the human resources function within the Renewable Energy Division. They will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the organization's strategic goals and objectives

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce

  • Develop and implement performance management programs that align with the organization's objectives

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent

  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations

  • Develop and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and development

  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion programs that support a diverse and inclusive workforce

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of human resources policies, programs, and best practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Experience working in a multicultural and international environment is highly desirable

  • Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP is highly desirable
