The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to have partnered with a new, Battery Storage Developer, to identify a new, Head of EPC Project Management, to oversee the engineering, procurement and construction of its large-scale energy storage assets currently in development.

The business to date, have secured 2.5GW of Grid Connections, of a targeted 3GW within the United Kingdom for BESS Projects & have secured investment from 2, exceptionally well-known clean-energy funders.

The Head of EPC Project Management will be responsible for:

• Managing all engineering and construction aspects of the projects, from planning submission through to COD
• Engaging and managing consultants for technical, engineering, LCOS analysis
• RFP preparation, EPC engagement and management
• Direct supplier engagement and procurement
• Construction program planning, Project / critical path analysis etc
• Reporting to board and liaising with OE

Requirements:

• 8+ years energy industry experience
• Come from a construction, IPP or owner-operator background
• Be highly self-motivated and organised and capable of working pro-actively alone
• Be competent in preparing and running RFP processes for EPC and direct supplier
